Team Perez Aguilar consists of Silvia Aguilar, a licensed real estate agent with San Fernando Realty (DRE #01745879, Corporate License ID 01167079), and Fernando Perez, a licensed loan officer with Panorama Mortgage Group (NMLS #1011109; company NMLS #133739). This site describes and promotes their services and provides a few self-service tools to help visitors get started. It is not itself a brokerage, a lender, or a party to any transaction.

This site uses Formspree to process form submissions, RentCast to generate automated value estimates, and CRMLS to display listing data, and it links to Panorama Mortgage Group' own application portal and to our social media pages. Each of these operates under its own terms and privacy policy, separate from ours. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or service.
9. Intellectual Property
The text, design, graphics, and other content on this site are owned by or licensed to Team Perez Aguilar and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, except for material owned by third parties, such as MLS listing data, the REALTOR® and MLS marks, and the Panorama Mortgage Group logo, which remain the property of their respective owners. You may view and share pages of this site for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this site's content without our written permission.
10. Communications and SMS Consent
If you submit a form on this site, we will contact you by phone or email about your request. Consenting to receive text messages is optional and is never a condition of using this site, requesting information, or receiving any service from us.
